Paleo Unpackaged: Meal Recipes

In the spirit of PALEO UNPACKAGED healthy eating, this is the second post in a series where we share with you the ingredients, recipes and gadgets we personally use that make our PALEO UNPACKAGED lifestyle totally easy and damn delicious.

In this post, we’re sharing five recipes that are on heavy rotation in our Paleo/Vegetarian (you can always add meat, if that’s your thang!) household, because doable, reliable, flavorful standbys are never a bad thing. 


Zucchini Pizza Crust
PP SUGGESTION: We replace spices with Paleo Powder Pink and like to top with Paleo Powder Pesto (instead of a tomato sauce) and some crispy roasted brussels sprouts. 
Roasted Sweet Potatoes
PP SUGGESTION: We like to skip the honey and add Paleo Powder Pink and poblano peppers to kick up the flavor a bit.
Butternut Squash “Risotto”
PP SUGGESTION: We like to add Paleo Powder Herbed with the broth (we use vegetable broth) and serve with sautéed mushrooms on top.
Cauliflower Fried Rice
PP SUGGESTION: Just eat this one OR remove the peas if you’re sticking to no legume consumption.
Almond Flour Tortillas
PP SUGGESTION: We swapped out the coconut flour for almond flour and got a consistency we liked better but they’re solid either way…especially stuffed with Paleo Powder Pink roasted cauliflower and spinach.


Because flavor like this takes almost any meal to the top – I mean the very tippy top.
