Paleo Powder Spinach and Eggs

A quick, healthy and hearty Paleo breakfast recipe to get your morning started right...


  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 1/2 - 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1-2 Tbsp Paleo Powder Herbed
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp almond milk (optional)
  • 1/2 Tbsp Paleo Powder Pink (or Original or Salt Free)


  1. Preheat medium skillet on medium-high heat
  2. Oil skillet with coconut oil
  3. When oil is melted, add spinach and Paleo Powder Herbed; cook until spinach is wilted
  4. Optional: While spinach is cooking, whisk eggs with milk (almond milk suggested but most substitutes will work)
  5. ​Reduce to low-medium heat
  6. Add eggs (or egg mixture) and Paleo Powder Pink to skillet; scramble by gently folding until eggs still slightly shiny; remove from heat and let eggs continue to set for about five minutes
  7. Serve
